More Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development plans for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the images.

Furthermore contained in this new image drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key labelling various sections of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
